niceph25 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "niceph25," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to niceph25 and its authorized operators, operating the website accessible at niceph25.co.
• "Platform" refers to the niceph25 website, mobile-optimized site, applications, and all related services and features made available to registered players.
• "Player," "User," "you," or "your" refers to any natural person who registers for a niceph25 account or accesses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by a User upon successful completion of the niceph25 registration and KYC verification process.
• "Wallet" or "niceph25 Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance ledger associated with each Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the Philippine government body responsible for licensing and regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under PAGCOR licensing conditions and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet amounts, free spin values, or cashback amounts credited to an Account under a specific niceph25 promotion, which are subject to distinct wagering and withdrawal conditions.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by a Player via GCash, PayMaya, or other supported payment methods that are reflected in the Player's Wallet balance.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and niceph25. By completing the Account registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing or using any feature of the niceph25 Platform, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• Are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• Meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• Agree to be bound by these Terms, along with niceph25's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all aspects of the niceph25 Platform, including but not limited to: casino games, sports betting, bingo, the niceph25 Wallet, promotional programs, and all customer support interactions.

To be eligible to register for and use a niceph25 Account, you must at all times satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a mandatory legal requirement under PAGCOR's licensing conditions. niceph25 strictly enforces age verification through its KYC process. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all Wallet balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant Philippine authorities.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of use, or be otherwise eligible to access online gambling services under applicable law in your jurisdiction. niceph25 does not knowingly accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons who have been legally declared incapacitated are not eligible.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or cooling-off period imposed by niceph25, PAGCOR, or any other recognized gambling authority at the time of registration or at any time you place a wager.
• Single Account: You must not currently hold or have previously held a niceph25 Account that was closed for violations of these Terms. Each eligible person may hold only one niceph25 Account at any time.

niceph25 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period may result in Account restriction or closure.

When registering a niceph25 Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, valid email address, and date of birth. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account closure.

Prior to making any withdrawal from your niceph25 Wallet, and in certain other circumstances at niceph25's discretion, you will be required to complete the KYC verification process. KYC requires the submission of:

• A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or UMID);
• A selfie photograph in which the submitted ID is clearly visible, taken in accordance with niceph25's verification guidelines;
• Such additional documentation as niceph25 may reasonably require to comply with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.

niceph25 will process KYC submissions within a reasonable period. Accounts with incomplete or pending KYC may be subject to deposit, wagering, and withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

Each individual person may maintain only one niceph25 Account at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited. niceph25 employs technical and operational measures to detect multiple accounts. Accounts found to be duplicates are subject to immediate closure, and all Wallet balances associated with duplicate Accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for the security of your niceph25 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication codes. niceph25 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service or application;
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number;
• Never disclose your login credentials to any third party, including persons claiming to be niceph25 support agents;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device;
• Avoid accessing your niceph25 Account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.

niceph25 will never proactively request your password via any communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from niceph25 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent. You must notify niceph25 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

niceph25 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels, all denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP):

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the niceph25 Account holder and verified through the KYC process;
• Real Money Funds are withdrawable subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements being satisfied;
• niceph25 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above applicable AML thresholds;
• Withdrawal requests submitted by players with incomplete KYC verification will be held pending completion of verification;
• niceph25 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees and processing times.

niceph25 is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended, and PAGCOR's AML compliance requirements. niceph25 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law. Players are prohibited from using niceph25 for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.

niceph25 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other incentive programs to eligible Players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. The following general conditions apply to all niceph25 promotions:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed the full Account registration and KYC verification process;
• Each Player is entitled to claim each distinct promotional offer only once, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn;
• niceph25 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• niceph25 reserves the right to refuse, void, or recover any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation, or any form of misconduct;
• Bonus Funds do not accrue interest and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied;
• In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

All games available on the niceph25 Platform — including but not limited to live dealer casino games, slot games, RNG table games, bingo, sports betting, and fish shooting — are governed by individual game rules available within each game's interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before wagering Real Money Funds.

niceph25's casino games utilize certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that has been independently audited and certified to ensure random and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term average payout and do not guarantee any specific outcome for an individual session or wager.

Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to the start of an event. Wagers accepted at the displayed odds at the time of placement will be honored unless a palpable error in pricing can be demonstrated. niceph25 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by integrity concerns as reported by sports governing bodies.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the niceph25 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering for or using a niceph25 Account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering for more than one Account or using an Account registered under another person's identity;
• Using the Platform for any purpose that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability, software bug, or system error in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in place of genuine manual play;
• Colluding with other Players in any multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems;
• Making chargebacks, claims, or disputes with your payment provider in bad faith in relation to a legitimate niceph25 transaction;
• Providing false or fraudulent documentation during the KYC process;
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or harms niceph25 staff, support agents, or other Platform users.

niceph25 actively monitors for prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, niceph25 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, void all pending wagers and game sessions, forfeit all Wallet balances (including winnings), and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

niceph25 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations under PAGCOR's licensing framework seriously. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible gambling:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits through Account Settings. Once set, limits may be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which the Platform will prompt the Player to end their session or will automatically terminate it.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of their choosing, during which access to all real-money features will be disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the niceph25 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are enforced across all Platform features. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

niceph25 is prohibited from offering promotional bonuses or re-engagement marketing to any Player who has self-excluded or who is subject to a cooling-off period. Players experiencing gambling-related difficulties are encouraged to review the niceph25 Responsible Gaming page and to seek support through appropriate Philippine resources.

All intellectual property rights in and to the niceph25 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, software, databases, brand names, logos, graphics, text, images, game interfaces, and promotional materials, are owned by or licensed to niceph25. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any rights in or to niceph25's intellectual property beyond a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You are prohibited from reproducing, copying, distributing, modifying, adapting, reverse-engineering, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any niceph25 intellectual property without express prior written authorization from niceph25.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• niceph25 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service;
• niceph25 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation any loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity;
• niceph25 shall not be liable for any service interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, government actions, force majeure events, or third-party service provider outages;
• niceph25's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Funds held in the Player's Wallet at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in this Section shall limit niceph25's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

niceph25 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Detection of the creation of multiple Accounts;
• Request or requirement from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Voluntary closure request from the Player.

Upon Account closure for a violation of these Terms, niceph25 reserves the right to forfeit all Wallet balances, including Real Money Funds, where applicable law and PAGCOR regulations permit. Where closure is due to a verified Player-requested closure that does not involve any breach, niceph25 will process the remaining Wallet balance to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period.

niceph25 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, niceph25 will provide reasonable prior notice through the Platform or via the email address registered to your Account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the niceph25 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms — including disputes concerning their formation, validity, performance, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, niceph25 is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework. Players who have unresolved complaints after exhausting niceph25's internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published player complaint procedures.

Before initiating formal dispute resolution proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact niceph25 Support at the details provided in Section 16 to attempt resolution through niceph25's internal complaints process. niceph25 will acknowledge complaints within a reasonable period and work in good faith toward resolution.
